With the help of this diet you can get weight loss 10 kg per week due to cleansing virtues of buckwheat. The diet has two variants. The first variant envisages 2 weeks, if you feel well applying the diet. The second one is for one week. Though the variants don’t differ much, there are details in its application.
Buckwheat is not exactly grain plant. It originates from Asia but it is already grown in Europe and North America.
100 gr. of buckwheat contains 11,7 gr. of proteins, 3,9 mg. of iron and 114 mg. of calcium which is important for your nutrition. Buckwheat flour can be added to pies, cakes, pancakes etc. Noodles from buckwheat are cooked as well.
Variant 1
It is necessary to have 1 glass of whole grains of buckwheat per day, simply add 2 glasses of the boiling water and allow it to soak overnight. Buckwheat is consumed during the day when it is comfortable for you and how much you want. It is needed to avoid salt, sugar and butter of any kind in that menu.
If you feel that you can’t keep the diet, you can try 2 glasses of grain (seeds) .
It is allowed to drink water, tea, coffee.
You mustn’t consume another food. You can eat an apple but if you can miss it-just do that.
Variant 2
Boil 1-1,5 glasses of buckwheat drains with 3-4 glasses of water in the evening. Salt and sugar are not allowed.
In the morning (on hungry stomach), drink with slow gulps 1 glass of warm water, which is boiled in advance.
In 30 minutes 1/3 of the boiled porridge is eaten. You may drink tea, tomato juice or juice made from pumpkin, carrots, celery. Take it without any salt and sugar.
The second part of the porridge is eaten for lunch and the third one –for dinner.
Between three main meals tea or pointed above juices are drunk but they shall not exceed 2 liters per day.
The diet must be kept for 7 days.
If after two days of the diet the intestinal tract won’t be cleansed, it is necessary to give an enema.
The diet can be repeated only in two months.
