How does the yogurt diet look like?
The yogurt diet leads to the loss of 5 kg. (11 lb.)
Warning: If your stomach is sensitive to the dairy products, then this diet is not suitable to you.
The optimum oiliness of dairy products –not more than 4 % fat per 100 g!
Another rule: don’t eat sour fruit! You may eat an apple, a banana, a pear, a peach or a handful of dry plums or raisons.
It is desirable to drink a glass of mineral water before each nutrition.
Breakfast:
1 yogurt not more than 4 % oiliness-125 g
1 fruit
Tea with honey (20 g, 1 teaspoon is 5 g), or white coffee
The second breakfast:
The oat porridge or skim milk -100g
Low-fat cottage cheese-125 g
Lunch:
Boiled egg-1 item (55 g)
Salad (cucumbers, tomatoes)
100 g cottage cheese with some fruit
Dinner:
1 fruit
1 unsweetened yogurt with not more than 4 % oiliness-125 g
You may use the dairy diet from 3 to 7 days after the consultation with your physician.
