The exemplary diet for men

Breakfast-take 4 tablespoons of cheese cream and mix it with 2 teaspoons of cut olives. Spread this pastry on the toast. You can use 1 red pepper filled with this mixture the next day. Drink 200 gr. of grapefruit   juice.

 

The second breakfast- half of slice fully-granular bread wit half of glass of grapefruit juice.

Lunch-2 teaspoons spread on the slice of bread, 85 gr. baked turkey chests, 55 gr. low-fat or processed cheese, 1 baked red cheese, 1 cup of parsley or fresh spinach. Add salad from beans, green onion, 1 tablespoon of basil-tasted with vinegar, salad oil and black pepper. The dessert-2 kiwis.

Afternoon breakfast-2 tablespoons fatless cream and 1 teaspoon of dill, mixed with 8 carrots and 50 gr. of pepper relish.

Dinner-110 gr. baked fish with 1 teaspoon of tomato sauce, stewed green beans with salad oil and parsley and 1 baked potato.

The effect of the diet is concretely due to the red peppers combined with olives and fish.
