One week diet is suitable for people who decided to take down many kilograms. Don’t use this nutritive regime if you have been sick or actively go in for sports.
The diet doesn’t work on the base of separable nutrition, but it uses carefully chosen composition and features of nutritive products, and the right calculation of the accepted calories. During the whole cycle of the diet you can take down between 9-22pounds of weight.
Drink at least 4 glasses of water (1, 5 liter) per day.
You can add the next attributes and spices to the diet:

Breakfast
The first day
A cup of tea or coffee without caffeine, obligatory with ¼ liter of water.
The second day
A cup of tea or coffee without caffeine with ¼ liter of water and one salty biscuit.
The third day
A cup of tea or coffee without caffeine with ¼ liter of water + one salty biscuit or a toast.
The fourth day
A cup of tea or coffee without caffeine with ¼ liter of water + one salty biscuit.
The fifth day
150-200 gr. white meat or chicken roll+ 3 small carrots and ¼ liter of water
The sixth day
A cup of tea or coffee without caffeine with ¼ liter of water +one salty biscuit.
The seventh day
A cup of tea or coffee without caffeine with ¼ liter of water +one salty biscuit.
Lunch
The first day
2 boiled eggs and a tomato
The second day
200 gr. red meat with green salad
The third day
Green salad + a tomato + 1 orange or 1 mandarin
The fourth day
100-150 gr. white cheese +1 egg and 1 carrot
The fifth day
200 gr. baked fish and a tomato
The sixth day
Baked chicken (200 gr.) without skin + one citrus fruit
The seventh day
200 gr. red meat + a citrus fruit
Dinner
The first day
200 gr. red meat with green salad. You can choose baked chicken or boiled meat, but take only meat without any other vegetables except green salad. Don’t put any oil in salad except vegetable oil.
The second day
150-200 gr. white meat or turkey roll with a bowl of unsweetened yoghurt.
The third day
150-200 gr. white meat or chicken roll +fruit salad (all sorts of fruits except bananas) +2 eggs
The fourth day
Fruit salad (put all sorts of fruits in except bananas) +1 glass of unsweetened yoghurt
The fifth day
200-300 gr. red meat
The sixth day
2 soft-boiled eggs + 3 carrots
The seventh day
1 egg and green salad
You can eat fruits and vegetables at the end of the diet; you may eat light salads without much oil too. After that repeat the diet seven days more.
