The model menu with pumpkin diet

The first day

Breakfast: salad with pumpkin and oatmeal porridge with pumpkin.

Lunch: soup from pumpkin.

Dinner: stewed pumpkin.

The second day

Breakfast: salad with pumpkin and oatmeal porridge with pumpkin.

Lunch: dietary soup, pumpkin steaks.

Dinner: apples, fresh or baked.

The third day

Breakfast: salad with pumpkin and oatmeal porridge with pumpkin.

Lunch: soup with cutlets.

Dinner: salad from pumpkin with pine-apple.

The fourth day

Breakfast: salad with pumpkin and oatmeal porridge with pumpkin.

Lunch: vegetable soup, baked peppers.

Dinner: stewed pumpkin.

When you do this diet try to eat less sugar and salt.

You may drink water without soda and tea without sugar.

You can eat fresh fruits between breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Don’t eat after 6 p.m. if possible!
