You mustn’t count calories using the Hollywood Diet. If you strictly follow it, you have a chance to take 11 pounds down in a week. This diet becomes popular when many of Hollywood stars begin to apply it to keep their bodies slender. Thus, they make some kind of advertisement and the diet becomes famous not only due to the ladies from Hollywood but also its effectiveness.
For sure you will get slim with Hollywood Diet but if you come back to your old habits thanks to which you have grown fat, it is naturally you will return your pounds soon. Keep the common rules of the Hollywood Diet: decrease the consumption of salt, sugar, avoid foods which contain starch and fat (bread, butter).
Breakfast is the same-2 oranges, tea or coffee.
1 day:
Lunch-2 oranges, 2 boiled eggs, tomatoes, 40 gr. shelled almonds, a cup of coffee;
Dinner-chicken cutlet, a tomato, a small cucumber, vegetable salad without oil, grapefruit.
2 day:
Lunch-a boiled egg, grapefruit, a cup of coffee; Dinner-150 gr. veal meat (boiled or on steam), green salad without oil, a cup of tea without sugar.
3 day:
Lunch-a fried egg, a tomato, a small amount of boiled cabbage or cauliflower, a cup of coffee;
Dinner-150 gr. boiled lenten fish (fillets), a cucumber and a cup of tea without sugar.
4 day:
Lunch- grapefruit, salad from celery and cabbage, with yoghurt and vinegar, a cup of unsweetened tea or a glass of water.
Dinner-a boiled egg, 140 gr. cottage cheese with cumin and sweet pepper, 100 gr. grated carrots with lemon juice.
5 day:
Lunch-2 boiled eggs, 100 gr. parsley, a cup of unsweetened tea or coffee;
Dinner-200gr. boiled chicken meat, green salad.
6 day:
Lunch-200 gr. fruit salad from apples, oranges, grapefruit and nuts;
Dinner-150-200 gr. boiled lenten fish, 60 gr. stewed mushrooms, a cup of unsweetened tea or coffee.
7 day:
Lunch-100gr.cottage cheese with an egg, a cup of vegetable soup and garlic;
Dinner-fruit salad, a glass of low-fat yoghurt.
