The diet is for 2 weeks.

Every day eat half of melon or watermelon and add 3 light breakfasts for them.

One of them is 150 gr. of grilled fish, 1 boiled potato, a big portion of fresh vegetable salad by your choice.

The second one is 2 well-roasted steaks with tomatoes as a dressing and 2 spoons of stewed maize.

The third one is a glass of unsweetened yogurt and 50 gr. of oat flakes. Drink 8 glasses of tea without sugar. Have a meal 5 times per day.
