Why is the pineapple diet useful?

The regime of the diet with pineapple
This diet is kept under the form of two relieved days a week. The expected weight loss is about 4, 4 pounds.
Two kg. peeled pineapple and 1 liter of natural pineapple juice (without sugar) are necessary for this diet. The pineapple is cut in rounds and is divided into four portions which are eaten for breakfast, second breakfast, lunch and dinner. During the day the pineapple juice is drunk in parts. Other liquids are not drunk.
If this menu looks too limited and you feel the strong feeling for hunger, you can eat additionally in the day-time: 100 gr. fatless cottage cheese, 100 gr. dietetically cooked fatless meat or chicken (without skin), 1-2 slices of brown bread.
