We suggest you the model menu with the cottage cheese
and honey per day. You can keep it from 4 to 5 days:
Breakfast:
Mix 250 gr. of the cottage cheese with one tablespoon and one grated apple, you may add some cinnamon.
Lunch:
2-3 slices of granular bread with 150 gr. of the cottage cheese and one hard-boiled egg.
The snack after lunch:
A bowl of yoghurt with 3 tablespoons of oat bran.
Dinner:
150 gr. of the cottage cheese, vegetable salad with lemon juice, one fruit. During the diet with the cottage cheese you need drinking at least 1 liter of water, if you a coffee-lover-drink it pure!
