1 red pepper, 2 spoons of soya cheese tofu, or cottage cheese, or unsalted cow cheese, 2 spoons of cut nuts, 1 spoon of boiled buckwheat, add some dill, olive oil, salt by your taste.
Cooking:
The pepper, nuts and dill cut into tiny slices. The cheese is smashed by fingers. Mix everything in a bowl and taste it.
