The cream with buckwheat

Products:

Buckwheat-1 teaspoon of boiled buckwheat for a bowl of cream

cream by your wish-ready cacao  cream, vanilla, caramel or maize /fruit farina

Cooking:

Boil buckwheat, wash it in a colander under the running water to eliminate the bitter taste.

Leave it squeeze and cool it.

Put 1 teaspoon of buckwheat for a portion of cream. Decorate with coconut grates or ground nuts.
