The diet gives a chance to choose the foods which you will use by yourselves. They can be combined and distribute during the day by your choice. In general, the calories must not be more than 1000 daily. The diet must be kept during three weeks and after that the daily caloricity must be increase to 1700.

 

What can you eat?

Vegetables-400 gr. it is preferable without starch green vegetables. Limit potatoes, maize, beans and peas.

Fruits-  300 gr., the least amount of bananas, figs, grapes and dry fruits.

Bread-  50 gr.  granular, with bran or brown bread.

Dairy products- 250 gr. low-fat, unsweetened milk.

Lean meat or fish- 200 gr. fish or 100 gr. meat and 1 egg.

Vegetable oil or cream-1 tablespoon .
